Arrival-Departure

Our check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00.

  • Early check-in is subject to availability. However, you may leave your luggage in our storage room and make use of the rest of the facilities. We will do everything in our power to ensure you can access your room as soon as possible.
  • Late check-out is available upon request at reception on the afternoon before your departure and is subject to availability and confirmation for a fee of €10 per person. If this is not possible, we usually have a courtesy room or a bathroom with a shower available. To guarantee a late check-out, the cost is the price of an extra night.
Yes, reception is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Yes, the hotel is adapted for people with reduced mobility and has 6 adapted rooms.

Yes, you can. We can arrange everything from mobility scooters and wheelchairs to crutches and toilet seat risers. Ideally, please request this before arrival so it is ready for the start of your stay. This is a paid service. There are regulations for the use of scooters within the hotel complex. Please enquire at reception before booking.
Yes, the hotel has free parking, both at the reception entrance and in the underground garage. No prior reservation is necessary.
Yes, we have an electric vehicle charging station in our car park. This is a paid service. The card to activate the device can be obtained at reception. No prior reservation is necessary.

We offer a hairdressing service within the hotel facilities. It is available by prior appointment at reception.
Of course, we love being part of special celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, etc. Therefore, we offer a wide range of room decorations, cakes, cava, flowers, and more. No, we do not offer an airport transfer service.

Yes, the hotel has free Wi-Fi. The password is provided upon arrival at the hotel.

At reception, you can find an extensive catalogue of excursions organised by external partners, tailored to the interests and activity levels of every traveller.

Yes, the hotel can organise massages at a nearby centre or at another hotel in the chain. For more information and prices, please contact reception. There is no Spa on-site.

The sunbeds on the beach do not belong to the hotel; they are managed by a private company.

Leisure

The pool hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 under the supervision of a lifeguard.
Our freshwater pools are heated throughout the year, as are the jacuzzis. The temperature is usually around 26°C and 32°C respectively.
Children are always welcome at Lava Beach, but we focus on relaxing holidays for adults, so we do not offer children’s activities. Other hotels in the chain, such as Hotel Lanzarote Village and Hotel Costa Floresta, provide children’s entertainment if desired.
Yes, we have our WellFit team to guide you in classes such as Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pilates, Aquagym, Stretching and Mobility, and Myofascial release, among others. We also have a modern gym open from 08:00 to 20:00, a paddle tennis court, and a mini-golf course.
We do not offer that service at the moment. Visitors can access the hotel and use the bars and restaurants, although the rest of the facilities are reserved exclusively for our staying guests.
In both directions, we have bus stops just 300 metres on foot from the hotel. Our reception and management team will be happy to find the most convenient route for you.
As we are located in the central part of the island, our location makes it very easy to access the centres of art, culture, and tourism, as well as natural sites of interest like the National and Natural Parks of Lanzarote. There are limited ways to reach them by public transport, so we recommend both car hire and excursions.

Restaurants and bars

We offer: Bed and Breakfast, and Half Board. The latter consists of breakfast and dinner service (in the buffet restaurant, with drinks not included at dinner). If you wish to upgrade to Half Board or purchase dinner vouchers, please contact reception.
Yes, for the dinner service: we request appropriate attire. For gentlemen, tailored shorts are permitted, but we ask that they are not paired with flip-flops.

It is not included, although we do offer a 15% discount on food at our à la carte restaurant for guests staying on a half-board basis. Prior reservation is required at reception or via our app.

Non-guests can access and use the restaurants and bars. The rest of the facilities are reserved for our staying guests.
We have vegan/vegetarian options at both breakfast and dinner. We also provide gluten-free options, which you can request from our waiters as they are not displayed on the buffet to avoid cross-contamination. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, our chef will give you a tour of the buffet, showing you what you can and cannot have. For more information, please contact us directly.

Regulations

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, the hotel has a set of rules:
  • Please do not reserve sunbeds before 10:00. If necessary, personal items will be removed if the sunbed is not occupied within a reasonable time.
  • The consumption of food and drinks in the pool area is restricted to products purchased at the hotel.
  • The use of glass and porcelain in the pool area is prohibited.
  • If you wish to sunbathe topless, please use your private balcony or terrace.
  • The use of inflatables is not permitted in the pool.
Smoking legal substances is only permitted in the following designated smoking areas:
  • On the terrace or balcony of your own room.
  • On the terraces of the Lounge Bar and the Piano Bar.
  • At the end of the restaurant terrace in front of the artistic mural.
  • On the black sofa in the corner between the Restaurant and the Piano Bar.

Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
